Q & A with Billy Keane

Q: What was your first car?

A: A “75 Z28 Camaro. I wish I still had it.

Q: What is your favorite food?

A: I like Sushi, Indian, Ethiopian, and CHOCOLATE.

Q: Favorite childhood memory?

A: Going to Disneyland with my mom and all my cousins, and performing in piano recitals.

Q: What was your first concert?

A: Aerosmith and AC/DC opened. Second concert, Black Sabbath and Van Halen opened.

Q: What’s the longest relationship you’ve ever been in?

A: 7 years and we are still friends today.

Q: What is your favorite guilty pleasure band?

A: ABBA

Q: Have you ever had your heart broken?

A: Of course.

Q: What is your favorite book?

A: I’m not a big reader.

Q: Who is someone you’d like to meet?

A: God, I have a lot of questions.

Q: Can anyone star-struck you?

A: Yeah, Mick, Keith, Ronnie or Charlie. The Stones have been doing it so long I have a lot of respect for them.

Q: What shows do you record on your DVR?

A: Entourage is over, Two and a Half Men sucks without Charlie Sheen……..I need a new show.

Q: What is the last song you downloaded off ITunes?

A: Delta Dawn by Helen Reddy.

Q: Do you have a favorite quote?

A: “People don’t fail, the just quit trying.”

Q: What was your favorite cartoon as a kid?

A: Wacky Races.

Q: Do you believe in love at first sight?

A: Oh yeah.

Q: Name a song you wish you wrote?

A: I could name hundreds, the first couple that pop in my mind are Social Disease by Elton John and What’s Your Name by Lynyrd Skynyrd.

Q: Is there a sport you watch?

A: Baseball……the New York Yankees.

Q: What do you drink at Starbucks?

A: I go to Coffee Bean or Starbucks. A cappuccino with an extra shot and two splendas.

Q: Describe a perfect summer day as a kid.

A: Growing up there was a park down the street from my house. I would wake up at 11:00 and play baseball all day and go swimming and eat snow cones when the ice cream truck came around.

Q: What does the future hold for you?

A: No clue. I’m just rolling with it.
