We would Rock out !!…we were kids.Deep Purple is one of the few GREAT bands i didn’t get to see. RIP Jon Lord you will be missed

Muscle Shoals and FAME Studios

We went down to Alabama to check out the legendary recoding studios to record our debut release. The owners, engineers, and staff at Muscle Shoals Sound Recorders and FAME studios, were very knowledgeable, easy going, and great people in general. The history at these two studios is amazing! The Stones, Skynyrd, Aretha Franklin, Bob Seger, Wilson Pickett, Duane Allman, Etta James, Rod Stewart, etc. The list of hits and hit makers go on and on. But it’s not just history in this small town in Alabama, The Black Keys grammy winner from a couple of years ago was recorded there as well. We are looking forward to working in the easy going and creative environment there. It truly is a magical place for musicians. —– Mark Torosian

Jim Marshall

R.I.P. Jim Marshall. His amps have helped define the sound of Rock n Roll for almost 50 years! I will be using Marshall amps on several tracks for the upcoming Burnin’ release. The 1987x and 1959slp are my favorite models. I am excited to use Ted Nugent’s modified JMP, which is part of the house gear at Muscle Shoals Sound Recorders.
